This agreement is a legal contract between you and Qifei VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or pricing, and material changes will be communicated to users. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using the App, you may also be subject to those providers’ respective terms of service.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signals, local restrictions, or carrier conditions. Your mobile carrier may charge for data use outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, access failures caused by depleted battery, incorrect device settings, or third-party service outages are outside our compensation scope. Although we work to provide accurate route information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by that information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services within a reasonable scope.
